Verify Seal Integrity

Ensure the jewellery remains in its original, heat-sealed clear packaging; once the hygienic seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.

Request Authorization

Contact our support team with your order number and SKU details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Place the sealed items in a padded envelope or rigid box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

Processing and Credit

Once our quality control team inspects the seals, a store credit or refund will be issued to your account within 5-7 business days.
