Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale prices?

Yes, to maintain our wholesale pricing, we require a minimum order value of $100. There are no specific per-item quantity requirements, allowing you to mix and match styles.

How long does shipping take for bulk orders?

Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days, while international wholesale orders can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Can I return body jewelry if it doesn't fit?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on body jewelry once the tamper-evident seal is broken. Please consult our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Are your products autoclavable?

Most of our titanium and steel products are suitable for autoclaving. However, items featuring acrylic, certain gemstones, or organic materials should not be autoclaved as they may be damaged.
